Safe Robot Learning for Parallel Robots

Safe and adaptive control for compliant parallel robots in physical human-robot interaction.

My current PhD research focuses on safe and adaptive robot learning for parallel robotic systems, with an emphasis on physical human–robot interaction.

I am particularly interested in combining reinforcement learning, world models, impedance control, and control-theoretic safety methods to enable robots to operate safely and compliantly in uncertain and contact-rich environments.

This project is ongoing at Université Laval.
